Information is gathered through brief surveys throughout the day, with users receiving notifications on their smartphones to complete these surveys. Participation in each survey is completely optional. Users are required to sign a consent form before the app is enabled. The application also offers the option to collect audio data (raw or meta) within a given environment, subject to the user's consent.

This app does NOT and will NEVER collect, store, or share any Protected Health Information (PHI). The app does not collect ANY information other than what is explicitly approved in the consent form (e.g., Name , personal contacts, location, etc.).

4. How We Use Your Information

We Use Your Information to understand how individuals with normal hearing and hearing impairments perceive auditory information in multiple listening environments. The study will explore perceptions with and without the use of hearing aids and other devices that process audio.
